Five Administrator Roles
- Full administrator - complete authority over the entirety of XenDesktop site
- Read-only Administrator - can view but not change settings
- Machine Administrator - responsible for Catalogs and task with building virtual desktops
- Assignment Administrator - consuming desktops in a Catalog, packing them into Groups and assigning to users
- Help desk Administrator - day-to-day activities including user assistance and individual VM problem resolution
