Create a Private vDisk
Attach PVS iso image to the "golden" vm
Run Target Device Installation, once installed, run wizard
Before reboot, force VM to go into bios (VMware: Edit Settings > Options > Boot Options
Tick Force BIOS setup and click OK)
Set up VM to boot from NIC first
Now reboot the "golden" VM
Upon logon you will see Citrix XenConvert window and let it do its job
Once finished, shut down "golden" VM
Go to vCenter (VMware only) and create new VM with NO disks
Once new VM is created, take a note of its MAC address
Force new VM to go into bios upon startup (VMware: Edit Settings > Options > Boot Options
Tick Force BIOS setup and click OK)
Go to PVS server, open console, connect to your farm
Navigate to your Device Collection (Farm>Sites>Site>Device Collections)
Right-click > create device
Input MAC address of newly created VM
Select newly created vdisk
Go to vCenter (VMware)
Start new VM
Set up new VM to boot from NIC first

Add New Machine into XenDesktop
Go to Citrix Desktop Studio
Right-click Machines
Create Catalog
Machine Type - Existing
Add newly created VM, attach AD account for user and computer
