Language Packs (lp.cab) and Windows Deployment

Download language packs -

1. On the running operating system, open an elevated command-line prompt.
   Type the following command to add a language pack to the operating system.
2. Copy the command below and run it

dism /online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\test\LangPacks\lp.cab
